We really appreciate your custom, and strive to process, pack and despatch your order swiftly and with care.

Orders can be placed securely via the website, or by calling us on 01509 264110 Mon- Fri 8.30 - 4.30.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30 and we're closed on Bank Holidays. Orders placed outside those hours will receive confirmation by email, and will be processed on the next business day. In most cases, if your order is in stock it will be despatched within 24 hours. We always aim to despatch your order within 48 hours at most but at busy times of the year please allow up to 3 working days for despatch.

We ship via the Royal Mail and by courier companies, most usually DPD.
